Biographical
Jack has been a litigator since 2001, trying complex cases throughout the United States. During his years as a trial attorney, Jack handled matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and negligence, legal malpractice, construction defect, and business litigation. In 2021, Jack joined Dodds Hennessy & Stith, LLC to focus on conducting mediations and arbitrations. Drawing from the negotiation skills and jury insight he gained in his years as a litigator, Jack enjoys helping parties solve their differences through mediation or arbitration. Jack now focuses solely on mediation and arbitration in both State and Federal Court.
