In September 2021, Darren formed Sanders ADR, LLC, a practice focused exclusively on mediations and arbitrations in State and Federal Court.  He was originally certified as a Circuit Court Mediator in April 2016.  Since that time, he has mediated cases alleging complex personal injuries and wrongful death, nursing home negligence and abuse, medical malpractice, products liability, sexual assaults, automobile accidents, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, governmental torts, premises liability, insurance disputes, dram shop claims and trucking accidents.  Prior to the formation of his current practice, Darren defended healthcare providers and hospitals for over 20 years in matters alleging medical malpractice.

$380 per hour

Travel time:  $175 per hour plus IRS mileage rate reimbursement
